Health Professionals
Welcome to HealthBarn USA!

Your patients’ health is your number-one priority. As health professionals ourselves, we realize that your time and resources are limited. Fresh approach to teaching food, nutrition, health and agriculture to children ages 3-15 and their families. Our innovative curricula focuses on some of the major contributors to one’s health: physical activity, nutrition behavior and self-esteem. The programs, including The Seedlings, ages 3-5, The Sprouts, ages 5-7, and Young Harvesters, ages 8-15, are an invaluable adjunct to the visits you have with patients and supports you in your efforts to provide the best healthcare possible.

Changing a family’s behavior does not happen overnight. The HealthBarn USA year-round programs are structured in 10-week and 12-week format, to support and facilitate health behavior change. We provide children with positive messages and skills regarding health and nutrition in a fun and engaging environment. The Young Harvester program is a two-hour, trained health professional-led sessions designed to enable and motivate children to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Another critical component of the program is parental involvement. In weekly workshops, parents gain the skills necessary to support healthy living at home.
