Welcome to HealthBarn USA!

It's garden-time!   We are so happy to be back in the garden planting lots of lettuce, broccoli, sweet peas, green beans, tomatoes, and a variety of super cool herbs.  Do you have a garden at home?  If not, what are you waiting for... clear an empty sunny spot outside or fill an empty container with all-natural soil and start planting!  Peas and beans are super easy to grow -- just remember to water them a few times a week.  We are serious about composting, too!  All of the vegetable scraps from cooking in the Barn, go down to the compost pile where we love taking turns turning over the soil and finding worms, too!

We also have a lot of fun in the Barn.  We cook up some great-tasting, all-natural recipes using our homegrown, seasonal produce and a lot of whole grains and healthy fats!  Our groups learn new things such as wising up about food advertising aimed at kids, and being more respectful about our local environment through composting, naturally taking care of the garden and ourselves by eating all natural foods!

Get Dirty! Time to get your hands dirty and have fun!  We get REALLY dirty, but we don't care because we're taking care of our plants, cleaning up the garden and having a lot of fun with our friends. We get really silly with our vegetables, check us out posing with our lettuce!

Hang out with the Bugs! There are so many bugs in the garden right now... we have a lot of ladybugs, worms and HUGE spiders, which protect our plants from insects!  Don't miss out on this great time of year to hang out with the bugs!
